At "Uroko Fish and Rice," we generally do not provide soy sauce on the table.This is because we carefully select the ingredients, adding boiled soy sauce, aromatics, spices, and sometimes even liver or aromatic oil, and even designing the texture, so that the flavor is complete within each piece.Bringing out the best in the ingredients while adding "just the right amount of extra effort"—that's the philosophy behind sushi at "Uroko Fish and Rice."
